  • We only accept returns/exchanges, if the item is purchased directly from our website https://shop.flixbloom.in or our authorized stores
  • Return/exchange of product if bought from any other website/dealer will be subject to the return policy of the respective website/dealer
  • The product should be returned to us within 7 days from delivery
  • We will send you a new replacement as soon as we receive the returned product with packaging intact including accompanying documentation*

Post Shipping :

Cancellation charges will be applicable

Please ensure safe packing as we cannot offer refunds on items that are damaged from shipping. Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, Post our examination we'll refund your money within 7 – 10 business days


  • Refunds for Manufacturing Defects will equal the price you paid for the product on purchase
  • If multiple products were ordered and only part of the order contents are to be returned then you will be refunded only for the price of the order component returned
  • Return refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days
  • The User will be required to produce a copy of the original invoice at the time of placing a request for return or exchange of Products.
  • Shipping cost refunds are only applicable on products with a manufacturing defect
  • Flixbloom reserves the right to alter and enforce this Return Policy at any time without serving prior notice

  • We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Flixbloom. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order
  • Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
  • Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.

For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favour of the name as in the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order.
